1 can (12.5 ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chicken Breast in Water, drained
1/3 cup Bowl & Basket Mayonnaise
2 stalks Wholesome Pantry Organic Celery, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
2 tbs finely Chopped Bowl & Basket Onion
1/4 cup Shredded Wholesome Pantry Organic Carrot (optional)
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning
8 slices Wholesome Pantry Organic Whole Grain Bread
Directions

1. Stir the chicken, mayonnaise, celery, onion, carrot, if desired, lemon juice and seasoning in a bowl.

 

2. Divide the chicken mixture among 4 bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices.

 

3. Tip: Make it a melt! Divide the chicken mixture among 4 bread slices and top with the cheese. Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
